Role
- Investigate design and modelling and requirements to meet target package objectives together with partners.
- Support substrate technology development requirements with partners.
- Develop a full package solution for a mmWave RF device including measurement and review reliability of package.
- Look at further integration capabilities with the packing technology.
Key Contribution
- Experience in mmWave designs RFIC, packages and Antennas on substrate
- Good measurement capabilities within mmWave with 2 well equipped labs in Europe (Sweden)
- Good technology network within Satcom, Fixed Wireless, Access and Radars
- Understanding of reliability needs within the different business domains.
