ROARTIS is a Belgian developer and producer of adhesives, coatings, resins and sinter materials for micro-electronic assembly applications.
Up from the start in 2008, ROARTIS has developed their business by offering custom-development service, for high reliability applications in the semiconductor, automotive, medical, defense, space, and industrial electronics market. With state of art laboratories and manufacturing facilities in the Genk, Belgium, ROARTIS is well positioned to meet the stringent requirements of the current and future semiconductor market requirements. ROARTIS’ product portfolio includes:
- Die-Attach adhesives (both conductive or insulative) and sinter materials
- Thermally conductive adhesives,
- High temperature resistant adhesives,

Role
Development of materials for semiconductor assembly. Roartis is involved in many use cases and work packages within the E²PACKMAN project, focusing on development of silicone-based MEMS assembly materials, liquid encapsulation, underfills, high power sinter solutions, etc.
