Role
Designer and advisor role:
Powertrim will be in an early stage involved in the leadframe and package design for high voltage power modules to achieve the best design-for-manufacturability.
Equipment - OEM supplier:
Our platform, the Powertrim Flex Line has a modular architecture and covers the core trim and form processes as well as adjacent process steps like laser marking, laser deflashing, optical inspection, quality control, loading and unloading. Additional processes could be integrated like pin inserting, clip assembly and electrical testing.

Designs:
High-voltage Power module leadframe and package designs to achieve the best design-for-manufacturability.
Software:
As an important step forward in production traceability and predictability, we will develop Advanced process and performance monitoring software for our Flex Line platform based on statistical process control and machine learning.
