Our manufacturing facilities (front-end and back-end) are vertically integrated to deliver high-volume production. Role
Nexperia will investigate and develop enhanced package concepts to increase power density and performance of small modules and PMIC (power management IC), by investigating the effects of package design, materials, new manufacturing processes (e.g. additive) and passive integration.
Key Contribution
Nexperia will work together with partners on the goals in E2PackMan project. This research will accelerate development and enhance the competence to design new and improved products in Europe to meet future requirements.
